Through close collaboration with Convertus, one of our Account Managers worked to transform their initial request into a highly customized memento. Instead of a conventional plaque, we designed an award that integrates natural elements to symbolize growth and sustainability. The final piece features a base made of 100% reclaimed wood and a personalized slate plate, precisely etched with event details, along with a small plant and a vial of soil from the groundbreaking site. This design element makes the award more than just a keepsake—it becomes a living representation of the project’s impact and future.
