This is a full-time position assisting with inside sales. We offer a great work environment, competitive wages, and group benefits.


Along with alignment to our Core Values, the Customer Service Salesperson will work within the showroom selling Nothers The Award Store products and services through the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas. He/she will provide high-level customer service to clients and potential customers, through excellent telephone sales and communications skills. This individual will also develop his/her revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls and the establishment o fan  ongoing rapport with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism, and passion are key components of this position. 

The candidate must have strong communication and customer service skills and be capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Post-secondary education in business or marketing; degree in Corporate, Event or Sports Management an asset.
  • Previous work experience in fast-paced sales environment.
  • Previous involvement with sports organizations or corporate event planning preferred but not required.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Willingness to collaborate on new product development research with Senior Account Manager and operations/purchasing team.
  • Experienced in preparing and delivering presentations both in person and virtually.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Well organized with a high attention to detail.
  • A willingness to work through training where necessary.
  • Analytical problem solver with the ability to make sound decisions.
  • Proficient in Data Entry and Microsoft 365.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Consistently represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Experience using Lakeshore or other content management system is an asset but not required.

Working Conditions:

  • Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5:00pm
  • Data entry and sitting for extended periods of time.
  • Fast-paced position.
  • Occasional overtime may be required.
  • Able to lift 50lbs

If successful in this role, candidates will have an opportunity for growth internally in the company. Opportunities may include advancement to Account Manager, Customer Service Representative, and/or Marketing and Social Media Coordinating. Attendance to company sponsored events will also further your knowledge in the awards and promotional products industry.

Hourly wage range: $17.00-$20.00 based on experience.
