Custom Art Glass Awards

Production Time

Our standard production time is 5-7 business days from art approval for engraving and sublimation. For laser, sandblast, direct print and most other processes, the standard production time is 7-10 business days. For promotional products and custom items, the lead time will depend on our supplier timelines. Art Approval

An art proof will be generated within 1-2 business days, or less than 24 hours for rush orders.

What is vector artwork?

Vector line art allows us to work efficiently with your logo to achieve the best possible etch on your awards. We will accept tif, gif, jpg and pdf files; however, we will need to convert these to vector at a rate of $65.95. For more information please contact

If you choose to create your own layout, please follow these simple rules:

  • Save your vector line art in .Ai or .EPS format
  • No fonts smaller than 11 pts
  • All fonts converted to outlines
  • No lines thinner than 1 pt
  • All objects are vector - no raster images
  • No linked/embedded objects within a file

How Much Is Engraving?

For etching (lasering or direct printing) on glass, acrylic and crystal awards – it is included in the cost of the award. This includes etching of the logo, text and personalization.

For plaques, the cost of the sublimation, etching, lasering, direct printing or engraving is included in the cost of the plaques.

Plates to go on medals will be based on quantity and process. Please contact us for a quote.

Engraving plate costs are as follows:

  • $7.95 for a Nothers trophy plate purchased at the time of the engraving.
  • $25.95 for an engraved plate up to 6 square inches. The price will decrease based on the quantity of plates. We offer further discounts on 2, 5 and 10 plates. Anything larger than 6” square will be charged based on the size.

Sublimation plate costs are as follows:

  • $9.95 for a Nothers trophy plate purchased at the time of the plate needed.
  • $29.95 for a sublimated plate up to 36 square inches. The price will decrease based on the quantity of plates. We offer further discounts on 10 plates. Anything larger than 36” square will be charged based on the size.

Lasered plate costs are as follows:

  • $19.95 for a Nothers trophy plate purchased at the time of the plate needed.
  • $39.95 for a lasered plate up to 36 square inches. The price will decrease based on the quantity of plates. We offer further discounts on 10 plates. Anything larger than 36” square will be charged based on the size.

Do you process rush orders?

For rush orders we will make every effort to accommodate your needs. We do charge for rush orders along with the expedited shipping cost required to get your crystal/glass into our facility. Contact your account manager for special requirements. You will be notified of approximate shipping costs to be added to your order.

Rush charge is $25 or 20% of the order whichever is greater for a standard rush fee. If the order is required for next day, this rate may increase depending on how busy our production department is.

We also keep some of our online products in stock at our facility to accommodate your needs. If you are flexible with the design of your crystal or glass award, one of our experts can offer you a couple suggestions for your event that will save you time and money. Do you offer discounts to non-profit organizations?

We might be able to offer discounts to non-profit organizations depending on the case. We work with many non-profit organizations however we do have a budget allocated to discounts per year. We review each application and determine approval on an individual basis. Please reach out to for sponsorship opportunities.

Annual budgets for sponsorships are allocated in (insert date here). Applications for sponsorship for the following calendar year must be submitted by (insert date here) to be considered.


Can you colour fill?

We do offer a few choices for colour filling your awards. We feel that the beauty and perceived value of crystal and glass lends itself best to the simple, classy, sand etched frosted look, but we offer a choice of colour. Please contact our customer service team to inquire about colour fill and charges.

Can you create a custom award for me?

Custom awards are our specialty. We can create almost any design to fit your needs. The best way to get your project started is to contact and advise about your ideas, quantity, budget and timeline. Please note that on most custom shaped awards (if we do not have it in stock and need to have it manufactured special for you), the minimum order quantity is 100 pieces in most cases for glass and acrylic awards. There are exceptions to this rule depending on size and what the trophy is composed of so if you have any questions or are interested, please feel free to reach out. We will take care of the rest.

Do you have minimum orders?

No. You can order one of any of our pieces. Minimum Order Quantities only apply to custom designs and promotional products.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Credit Card Payment: Visa, MasterCard and American Express

When providing credit card information please include your order number, type of card, card number, security code, expiration date, full name and billing address as it appears on the card. Information regarding account will be held entirely confidential. When paying by credit card, you will be charged 100% of the amount stated on your receipt as soon as we start working on your order. This secures the merchandise and puts the order into production to be customized.

  • Online Payments: PayPal and major credit cards accepted for secure and easy online payment at checkout.
  • Direct Bank Payments: In an effort to reduce processing fees to keep our pricing competitive we have added online electronic transfer payments. This is an easy and effective way for our clients to secure their products and ensure on time shipping. Please confirm this method of payment with your account manager who will provide you with the correct email address to send your payment to.
  • Cheque Payments: Cheques may be accepted from companies with approved credit. Products are shipped when funds are credited to our bank. In the event your order is time-sensitive we strongly recommend paying by credit card or online transfer. A returned cheque fee of $25.00 will be assessed in the event a cheque is returned for insufficient funds.
  • Purchase Orders and Net 30 Terms: Nothers The Award Store reserves the right to grant Net 30 payment terms however most customers will be required to pay on delivery (COD) unless otherwise approved. Products will not be delivered without payment in advance. If you are granted payment terms, you agree that if you are late paying your invoice, a 1.5% per month (18% per annum) finance charge or the maximum charge permitted by law may be assessed against all accounts with past due balances. You agree to pay all the company’s reasonable attorney’s fees and all collection agency fees incurred in the collection of any amount owed hereunder and not paid when due.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

You have until the end of the business day on the day your order is placed (5:00 pm EST) to cancel your order for a full refund. Please call Nothers right away at 519-663-9440, 1-800-265-1554 if you would like to cancel. If canceled within 24 hours after that, a 10% restock fee will apply. Orders cannot be canceled once proofs have been sent for approval unless prior authorization is received.


What if my awards arrive broken?

We take the utmost care in packaging and shipping your pieces however accidents may occur. We must be able to file a claim with the shipping carrier, so it is imperative that any damages are reported within 48 hours of receipt, and all packaging is retained for inspection. Please also note that when the award arrives broken, it is important to not try and repair the awards yourself. If the awards are tampered with and if they are attempted to be fixed, we cannot file a claim.

If you receive a damaged award, we will take care of all costs required to replace your awards free-of-charge before your event. Failure to report damages within 48 hours or failure to retain packaging may nullify our claim with the carrier and charges to you may apply.

What if my award arrives etched incorrectly?

We take great care to ensure accuracy on all our awards. Internal policies are in place to ensure we etch only and exactly what you approve though mistakes may happen. If you receive awards etched differently than your approved artwork, we will take care of all costs required to replace your awards free-of-charge before your event.

Do you ship internationally?

Most of our pieces ship within the United States and Canada. We can ship internationally if you provide a UPS or FedEx number for 3rd Party shipping. Shipping will be calculated at invoicing however if you would like a quote prior to placing the order, please contact All orders must originate from US or Canadian addresses. We do not accept any orders that originate overseas.

Can I order bulk items ahead of time to use at a later date?

Yes, we call this a Product Release order. The benefit is that you get our quantity discount and your awards are ready to etch any time you need them. Payment on the total quantity is due when order is placed. We hold the product in our warehouse, and we can release them to you at your discretion.

Can you drop ship awards to different locations?

  • Yes. Standard shipping and handling charges will apply.
  • Please request a drop ship form from customer service to send us the address.
  • A handling fee per address will apply if using your own shipping account.
